Busted! Series Review

Busted is a Korean variety show on Netflix which aired in May 2018 and ended in June, 2018. The main cast consists of  Yoo Jae-Suk (Running Man), Ahn Jae-Wook (actor), Kim Jong-Min (2 Days &1 Night), Lee Kwang- Soo (Running Man), Park Min-Young (actress), Ooh Sehun (Exo), and Kim Se-Jeong (Gugudan). The show is about 7 detective solving mysteries with a series of puzzles along the way. Each member shows a certain degree of their own intelligence or luck in every puzzle thrown in their own way.
When I saw the teaser and the trailer for the show, for a tiny second, I thought the show was going to be very serious among other things, but then my opinion changed drastically when I saw the upcoming scenes within the show along with the fact that two of the members from Running Man was going to be involved. The show is very entertaining because it somehow manages to balance both suspense and comedy. There is a lot of acting due to the amount of actors/entertainers that are involved with each episode; however, there is also a lot of improv since the members have to solve the puzzles in their own way while also having to go through a lot of twists and turns within them. The way that they act with each other so naturally is also a major asset with the show itself.

That being said, I wish there were more recurring characters since some of the episodes don't really give off a sense of closure except for the last episode which is understandable since they're giving out the hint that there might be a second season. Also, some of the episodes are hard to grasp what's really happening since there's so many twists and turns and it doesn't really give you a lot of time to take it all in. It just feels like a giant pill that you have to take it all in at once instead of actually getting to see and even try to participate in solving the mysteries with the cast.
Overall, I give the show four pairs of paws out of five due to how entertaining each moment of the show is along with how well the cast bonds naturally with each other. The only downsides are that it sometimes give you too much to take in at once- making you feel as if you're being left out in trying to participate in solving the crime with them.  Anyways, this concludes this review so until the next article, keep your paws and bowls of ramen up everyone! Toxic Fans in the K-Pop Community

One thing that sucks about the K-Pop community are the countless toxic "fans" within it. Now, there's always going to be people like this in any kind of fandom, but since K-Pop is becoming the community that is covering the globe, it's kinda hard to ignore them.
One example of this being BTS Army. When BTS was nominated for "Best Social Artist" at the Billboards, many fans decided to insult the fandoms of the other nominees-mainly the Beliebers. There's also that time when a Taylor Swift fan decided to insult the fandom by calling them "Sushi-stans" which lead to them being bombared with immature comments from BTS Army.
Another example including BTS Army is the never-ending fight between Army and EXO-L. The fandom between the two is always arguing about whether one group is better than the other. This leads to various hate comments between the two which is ironic since both groups are known to be very good friends.

Now, onto more recent matters. Very recently, it's been confirmed that E'Dawn from Pentagon and HyunA are dating. The same day,two more dating rumors came into light which lead many fans into leaving negative comments such as "I was getting super into Pentagon lately but I'm so disappointed now"(Information from allkpop).
This really bugs me since people as toxic as this have such a negative effect on those we look up to in the community. It's gotten to the point where it makes the idols question their worth and it's they're really good enough in the music and entertainment industry as a whole. People tend to forget that idols are humans too which is really sad. Jonghyun Kim from SHINee commited suicide almost a year ago because of depression, pressure of fame but also because he felt like he wasn't good enough. Sadly, the one time that all the fandoms forgot about their negativity with one another was when he commited suicide.  How much more is it going to take for those people in the community to finally see the weight their words and actions take on those they "love"-those they "look up to"?

I know, this isn't something I usually write, but I just needed to get it off my chest after so much that has happened for the past year or so. Anyways...I'll see you guys in the next article. Until then, keep your paws and bowls of ramen up everyone. Nya.  🐾

Hot Girl- Drama Review

Hot Girl was released on August 10, 2016 and ended in September 4, 2016 with a total of 37 episodes. This drama is about how a girl Guan Xiao Di and her friends train to be a part of a major body guard association. It's action-packed and has many sad moments, however, that doesn't mean that it doesn't have its comedic parts as well.

The drama is filled with character develop since they don't just focus on Guan Xiao Di all the time. This, along with many twists and turns, has the drama making you want for more. However, there are many downsides to this. One of them being the actual protagonist- Guan Xiao Di herself. She's too stubborn to a fault and never really shows any sign of significant change throughout the drama. It's really frustrating.

The drama is very straightforward and I loved every minute of watching it. The only complaints I have are the protagonist and the ending which is kind of a let down after all the excitement that went down. So, with that, I give the drama 3 pairs of paws out of five. If you want to watch it, go check it out and I hope that you enjoy it. Until then, keep your paws and ramen bowls up everyone! Nya! 🐾🐾🐾

Top 5 love songs

To end off Valentine's Month, I made this list of top 5 love songs that I have found for the past few years.
Please note some of these songs might be break up songs and others might have different interpretations depending on the person..
5- I’ll Be At your Side -Miu Chu and Bii

4- Best of Me -BTS
3- Your Song - LuHan
2-Anniversary- KAT-TUN

1-  Love letter- Gackt

Top 5 anime couples

I am a sucker for romantic comedy. That's basically the genre that I mostly watch when it comes to
anime and dramas. Whether the couple is 100% canon in the anime or manga, these couples are adorable either way. Please note that this is based on my opinion and yes, there will be different kinds of couples within this list.
5. Kagome and Inuyasha (Inuyasha)
4- Tohru Honda and Kyo Sohma (Fruits Basket)
3-Misaki Ayuzawa and Usui Takumi (Kaichou Wa Maid-sama)
2- Izumi Sena and Ryoma Ichijo (Love Stage)
1-. Sunako Nakahara and Kyohei Takano (The Wall Flower)

Siren's Lament

Siren’s Lament by Instantmiso was released on March 5, 2016. Read by thousands of people,
this webtoon is known to be eye catching. Every chapter is released on Saturday and Instantmiso
finally took it out of hiatus this month. Please note that images used and the synopsis are all from
Instantmiso.
“Content with her ordinary life, Lyra is somewhat of a wallflower. However, her comfortable lifestyle
suddenly goes astray when she accidentally plunges into the world of sirens. Entangled in a curse,
Lyra will learn that her world may be a lot bigger than she had ever imagined.”
I’ve read Instantmiso’s other series called “Where Tangents Meet” before and I absolutely love it.
She actually does a few references from “Where Tangents Meet” especially when a certain character makes an appearance in one of the chapters. In a fangirl perspective, I would’ve given this webtoon
a straight off 5 paws, however as a blogger, I must be analytical and give this a fair rating.

The first thing you notice about Siren’s Lament is the love triangle between Ian, Shon and Lyra.
The story is really interesting, however, it is also really slow in some aspects.
The main theme is heartbreak and how to deal with it, but I still think it’s kind of too much having
people turn into sirens and forget everything about their lives as a human before turning into one
(a siren I mean). There are also a few characters that come and go every one or two chapters
and it doesn’t give you enough time to get to know them or know what happens to them which
can sort of have you forget a thing or two about them if you haven’t seen them frequently.
Nonetheless, this webtoon is amazing nonetheless and I can’t wait to read the next installment
this Saturday. I give this 3 ½ paws out of 5 (It will show up as 4 paws just to round it up). 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Bromance - Drama Review (Valentine's month edition)

Bromance is a Taiwanese, romantic-comedy drama which was released in October 15, 2015 and ended in February 21,2016. It's about a girl named Pi Yanuo who had to live as a male because the family fortune teller said that she would die if everyone knew she was a girl before her 26th birthday.
Now I know that beginning kinda sounds a bit off, but it doesn't stop there.

Right on the year of her 26th birthday, she meets triad leader Du Zifeng and his sister Du Zihan in a rather... unusual way of sorts. Du Zihan falls in love with Yanuo and now she (Yanuo) has trouble keeping her true identity a secret.
Zihan
This drama is dear to my heart because it was the first Taiwanese- Mandarin drama I've watched. It's adorable and hilarious. You're always on edge when watching g this. It's also perfect for Valentine's Day so I highly recommend it. I give it 5 paws Nya! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
